Everything you'd want to know before starting a done-for-you online store — pricing, timelines, sourcing, marketplaces, and how the day-to-day actually works.
MyPortFlow is a done-for-you ecommerce management service. We source products, build and optimize listings, fulfill orders, and handle customer service on marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart, so you own an online store without running the day-to-day operations yourself.
Each tier is a one-time payment: $995 (Foundation), $5,000 (Signature), or $10,000 (Sovereign), with financing available. Each tier also carries a profit margin of 10%, 20%, or 30% on every sale. Wholesale product cost is billed separately, only after an item sells. See the membership section for current tiers and marketplace coverage.
No. Most members have no prior experience selling online. We handle the technical and operational work; you make high-level decisions like budget and product category.
Traditional dropshipping typically means you personally manage supplier relationships, customer service, and marketing with little support. With MyPortFlow, a dedicated team sources, purchases, and ships inventory through our own wholesale network on your behalf, and you still own the store, the turnkey Shopify storefront, and the revenue.
No. We source and purchase products through our own wholesale network and ship them under your store's name. You're invoiced for wholesale cost only after an item actually sells, not speculatively in advance. Because marketplace payouts can take up to two weeks to arrive, you'll want some working capital on hand to cover that invoice while your payout is in transit — but it's a fraction of the sale price, never the full retail cost.
We support eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, custom niche Shopify stores, and TikTok Shops. eBay, Amazon, a custom niche Shopify store, and TikTok Shops are included on every tier; Facebook Marketplace, Depop, and Mercari are added on Signature and Sovereign; Walmart, Wayfair, and Poshmark are exclusive to the Sovereign tier. See our multi-channel selling page for details.
Most stores launch within 5 to 10 business days of onboarding. Some marketplaces require a seller approval process that can extend this slightly. See how it works for the full timeline.
This varies by category, competition, and marketplace, but most members see their first orders within one to three weeks of going live.
Yes. Most members start with one or two channels and add more once the business is established. Upgrading is available at any time.
Our team uses AI-assisted research combined with human review to identify products with demand and healthy margins in your chosen category. The catalog evolves over time based on actual sales performance.
Yes. You can weigh in on categories and specific products you do or don't want to sell — we build the catalog around your preferences and budget.
We do, inside each marketplace's own messaging and returns tools, in line with that platform's policies and response-time requirements.
Depending on the marketplace and product, orders are fulfilled either through the marketplace's own fulfillment program (like Amazon FBA or Walmart Fulfillment Services) or through our vetted warehouse network.
We actively monitor account health metrics to reduce that risk, and if an issue comes up, our team works to resolve it and, where the marketplace mix allows, shifts focus to your other active channels in the meantime.
You get access to a live dashboard plus regular reporting on sales, top products, and account health, along with a recurring strategy call to review results.
No recurring contract. Each tier is a one-time payment with no monthly membership fee, and financing is available if you would rather spread the cost.
