How It Works

From Signup to Sales, Here's Exactly What Happens.

A done-for-you online store shouldn't be a black box. Here's the full process — what we do, what we need from you, and when to expect real results.

The Model

A team runs your store. You own the business.

You own the store

Every account, listing, and dollar of revenue belongs to you. We operate it on your behalf — this isn't a reseller or affiliate arrangement.

We do the daily work

Sourcing, listing, fulfillment, customer service, and account health monitoring happen without you touching a spreadsheet or a support ticket.

You see everything

A live dashboard and regular reporting show sales, top products, and what's changing — no guessing what's happening behind the scenes.

Day 1 to Week 4

The full launch timeline.

Exact days vary by channel — see each channel's page for specifics.

Day 1

Onboarding call

We learn your budget, target category, and which marketplaces make sense for your goals. This is also when we collect the business information needed for marketplace seller accounts.

Days 2–4

Account setup & product research

We set up or connect your seller accounts on each chosen channel, and our sourcing process — AI-assisted research plus human review — narrows in on a starting catalog with real demand and healthy margins.

Days 4–7

Storefront build

Listings are written and formatted to match how each platform's algorithm ranks and displays products — titles, images, pricing, and category attributes are all set up to spec.

Day 7–10

Go live

Your store goes live on its first channel. If your plan includes multiple channels, they roll out shortly after so each one launches cleanly rather than all at once.

Weeks 2–3

First orders & early optimization

First orders typically start coming in during this window. We monitor performance closely and make early adjustments — pricing, ad spend, or listing tweaks — based on how the market responds.

Week 4 and ongoing

Steady-state operations

From here, it's a running cycle: fulfilling orders, refreshing the catalog with new products, watching account health metrics, and reporting results — with a strategy call to review what's working and plan what's next.

What We Handle

Everything that keeps a store running.

One membership. One team. Nothing outsourced to a stranger.

Product sourcing and AI-driven product selection, refreshed continuously as sales data comes in.
Listing creation and ongoing optimization of titles, images, pricing, and keywords as each platform's algorithm shifts.
Order fulfillment: pick, pack, ship, and tracking updates on every order, on every channel.
Customer service and returns, handled inside each marketplace's own tools and response-time requirements.
Account health monitoring so metrics like order defect rate and on-time shipping stay in good standing.
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales, top products, margins, and what's changing.
The Capital Model

You never buy inventory on a hope.

Each tier is a one-time payment of $995, $5,000, or $10,000 (financing available), and on top of that you keep a profit margin on every sale — 10%, 20%, or 30%, depending on your plan. We source each product, purchase it through our own wholesale network, and ship it; you're never asked to buy inventory speculatively.

Here's the honest part: once an item sells, we invoice you for its wholesale cost right away so we can ship it. Marketplaces like Amazon can hold your payout for up to 14 days before releasing it, so you'll want some working capital on hand to cover that gap — a fraction of the sale price, not the full retail cost, and it clears the moment your payout lands.

One-Time Payment

One payment. No monthly fees.

Pay once for your tier — no monthly membership fee, ever. Prefer to spread it out? Financing is available, subject to approval.

Multi-Channel

Grow into more marketplaces when you're ready.

Most members start on one or two channels, then add more as the business proves out. The same system lists your catalog on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mercari, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, and more.

Questions

How it works, answered.

How long does it take to get my store live?

Most stores go live within 5 to 10 business days of onboarding, depending on the channel and product category. Some marketplaces, like Walmart, require a seller application that can add a few extra days; others, like eBay, can launch faster.

Do I need to know how to source products myself?

No. Our team uses AI-assisted research combined with human review to identify products with demand and healthy margins in your chosen category, so you don't need prior sourcing experience.

What do I actually have to do once my store is running?

Very little day-to-day. Most members check their dashboard periodically and join a monthly strategy call. We handle sourcing, listings, fulfillment, and customer service; you make the high-level calls, like approving budget changes or new product categories.

How do you decide which products to sell?

We look at demand signals, competition density, and margin potential for your chosen category and marketplace, then narrow to a starting catalog we expect to perform. That catalog evolves over time based on real sales data, not guesswork.

What does my tier include?

Your one-time tier payment covers store setup, sourcing, listing creation and optimization, order fulfillment, customer service, account health monitoring, and reporting. Product cost is billed separately, only after an item sells.
