Walmart Marketplace Store Management, Done For You

MyPortFlow builds, stocks, and runs your Walmart store end to end, powered by AI and a dedicated operations team. You get a live dashboard. We do the work.

Why Walmart

A big-box audience with less seller competition.

Massive built-in traffic

Walmart.com draws tens of millions of monthly shoppers who already trust the brand — traffic you don't have to earn through your own ads.

Fewer sellers per listing

Walmart Marketplace has a fraction of Amazon's active third-party sellers, so well-optimized listings have an easier time getting seen and winning the featured offer.

No listing fees

Walmart doesn't charge to publish products — you only pay a referral fee when an item actually sells, which keeps testing new products low-risk.

Common Challenges

What trips sellers up on Walmart — and how we handle it.

Getting approved. Walmart's seller application reviews your business details and history before granting access — we prepare and manage that application for you.
Catalog data requirements. Walmart is strict about GTIN/UPC matching, category attributes, and image specs. Bad data gets listings suppressed — we build every listing to spec from day one.
Performance metrics. Order defect rate, on-time shipping, and cancellation rate all affect your standing. We monitor these daily so your account stays in good health.
Winning the featured offer. Price, fulfillment speed, and seller performance all factor into who gets shown first — we tune all three continuously rather than setting a price once and walking away.
What We Handle

Everything your Walmart store needs to run.

One membership. One team. Nothing outsourced to a stranger.

Product sourcing and AI-driven product selection
Listing creation with optimized titles and descriptions
Order fulfillment: pick, pack, ship
Customer service, returns, and account health
Daily reporting on sales, top products, and inventory
The Capital Model

You never buy Walmart inventory speculatively.

Walmart Marketplace is included on our Sovereign membership ($10,000 one-time, 30% profit margin). We source the product, purchase it through our own wholesale network, and ship it — you're never asked to pay for inventory before it sells.

Once an item sells, we invoice you for its wholesale cost so we can ship it right away. Walmart's own payout can take a little longer to land in your account, so you'll want some working capital on hand to bridge that gap — but it's a fraction of the sale price, never the full retail cost paid speculatively up front.

Questions

Walmart Marketplace, answered.

Do I need a UPC or GTIN to sell on Walmart Marketplace?

In most categories, yes — Walmart requires a valid GTIN/UPC for each listing to match it to its product catalog. We handle sourcing compliant barcodes as part of onboarding, so this isn't something you need to arrange yourself.

How does Walmart approve new sellers?

Walmart Marketplace is application-based, not open enrollment. Walmart reviews business information, past marketplace performance, and product categories before granting access, and approval can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We manage that application on your behalf as part of onboarding.

What fees does Walmart Marketplace charge?

Walmart charges a referral fee on each sale, which varies by product category, and there's no listing fee to publish products. We factor referral fees into pricing recommendations so your margin stays intact.

Can I use Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)?

Yes. Depending on your membership tier and product mix, we can route fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services or through our own vetted warehouse network — whichever gets orders to customers faster and more affordably.

How is this different from managing a Walmart store myself?

You'd still need to source products, write and optimize listings, monitor performance metrics like on-time shipping and order defect rate, and handle customer service and returns — all on top of running your business. We do all of that for you and report the results weekly.
