Amazon Store Management, Done For You

MyPortFlow builds, stocks, and runs your Amazon store end to end — sourcing, listings, fulfillment, advertising oversight, and account health — powered by AI and a dedicated operations team.

Why Amazon

The largest storefront in ecommerce — with the highest bar to clear.

Unmatched reach

Amazon accounts for a larger share of US online retail than any other single marketplace, with Prime membership driving repeat, high-intent buyers straight to your listings.

Trust built in

Buyers already trust Amazon's checkout, returns, and delivery promises — you inherit that trust the moment your product goes live.

The trade-off: complexity

Stricter policies, tighter performance thresholds, and heavier competition mean Amazon rewards sellers who manage it closely — which is exactly what this membership is for.

Common Challenges

What trips sellers up on Amazon — and how we handle it.

Winning the Buy Box. Price, fulfillment method, and seller metrics all factor in — we manage all three continuously, since Buy Box share drives the majority of Amazon sales.
Account health and suspensions. Order defect rate, late shipments, and policy violations can trigger a suspension fast. We track these daily and act before they become a problem.
Gated categories and brand approval. Many profitable categories require an application before you can list. We handle that paperwork and documentation.
Advertising spend eating margin. PPC can quietly become a bigger expense than expected. We monitor ad spend against sales so it stays a lever, not a leak.
What We Handle

Everything your Amazon store needs to run.

One membership. One team. Nothing outsourced to a stranger.

Product sourcing and AI-driven product selection
Listing optimization: titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and images
FBA and FBM fulfillment management, chosen per product
Account health monitoring and policy compliance
Advertising (PPC) oversight to protect margin
Daily reporting on sales, top products, and inventory
The Capital Model

You never buy Amazon inventory speculatively.

Amazon is included on every membership tier, from Foundation ($995 one-time) up through Sovereign ($10,000 one-time). We source the product, purchase it through our own wholesale network, and ship it — you're never asked to pay for inventory before it sells.

Once an item sells, we invoice you for its wholesale cost so we can ship it right away. Amazon can hold your payout for up to 14 days, so you'll want some working capital on hand to bridge that gap — but it's a fraction of the sale price, never the full retail cost paid speculatively up front.

Questions

Amazon store management, answered.

What's the difference between FBA and FBM, and which do you use?

FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) means Amazon stores and ships your inventory; FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) means the seller ships directly. We choose per product based on margin, size, and velocity — sometimes FBA for Prime eligibility and speed, sometimes FBM through our own warehouse network to protect margin on bulkier or slower-moving items.

How do you handle account suspensions or listing gating?

We monitor account health metrics daily — order defect rate, late shipment rate, policy violations — to catch issues before they trigger a suspension. If a category requires ungating or brand approval, we handle the application and documentation on your behalf.

Do you manage Amazon PPC advertising?

Yes, advertising oversight is included as part of ongoing account management — we monitor ad spend against sales to keep your advertising cost of sales (ACoS) in a healthy range rather than letting it erode margin.

How competitive is winning the Buy Box?

The Buy Box weighs price, fulfillment method, shipping speed, and seller performance history. We actively manage all of these rather than setting a price once, since Buy Box share directly drives the majority of Amazon sales.

How long does it take to get an Amazon store live?

Most sellers are live within 7 to 10 business days, though categories requiring approval (like certain restricted categories or brand registry) can take longer. We handle every step of the application and setup process.
